personal DVS data for tourism purposes only, as requested by you. We
do not provide personal data to third parties without informing you.

1. CONDITIONS OF USE All users of the Site undertake to comply with
these terms and conditions for use of the Site. By using, viewing,
transmitting, retaining, storing and / or using the Site’s information
and materials, services, or features offered on or through the Site or
Site content, in any way, you agree to each of the terms and the
conditions below. Open Romania DMC reserves the right to modify
unilaterally and without prior notice: the content, presentation form
and / or structure of the Site at any time, the modifications made are
considered to be accepted by you if you continue to use the Site after

in contractual relationship with Open Romania DMC. The site and
services offered by the Site are not intended for minors.

fulfill my own purpose, namely to inform / request / me about offers
of tourism products, and is stopped to try to obtain my express
agreement in order to process my data for marketing purposes. I am
hereby informed that these data will be treated confidentially in
accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation No.679 / 2016 on the
protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal
data and on the free movement of such data and of EC Directive no. .58
/ 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection
of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as well as my
rights, namely:

3. Carry out marketing and promotional activities, including asking
for your opinion on the services we have provided;

The personal data of minors (such as: name and surname, password,
address, telephone number, educational unit, other personal data,
personal data of family members will not be processed by Open Romania
DMC without the prior consent of their parents / legal

the GDPR Regulation are as follows: the right to information, the
right of access to data, the right to data rectification, the right to
delete data, the right to restrict the data, the right to be notified
about the right to data portability, the right of opposition, the
right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to
address to the competent authority in the field of personal data
protection and the competent courts of law. For the exercise of these
rights, you can address with a written, dated and signed request, to
the attention of the person responsible for the protection of personal

specified if the information is to be communicated to a specific
address (even the e-mail address) or by a mailing service to provide
personal delivery.

Please note that:
